Welcome to VipraVivaha.in, a matrimonial platform dedicated exclusively to the Brahmin community. By registering, accessing, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

1. Membership is strictly limited to individuals belonging to the Brahmin community.

2. You must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently 21 years for men and 18 years for women).

3. By registering, you confirm that you are:

   • Unmarried, divorced, widowed, or legally separated.

   • Seeking matrimonial alliance for yourself or for a family member/ward with their full consent.

4. Brokers or agents and commercial intermediaries are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform.

5. The platform is intended only for genuine matrimonial purposes. Misuse in any form will result in termination of membership.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

1. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Each member is allowed only one active profile. Duplicate profiles are not permitted.

4. Any misrepresentation, false claims, or fraudulent activity may lead to immediate termination of membership without refund.

5. VipraVivaha.in reserves the right to delete or deactivate any profile at its sole discretion without assigning any reason.

3. Membership, Paymente(s) & Donations

1. Registration is mandatory to use the services of VipraVivaha.in.

2. Certain features (e.g., contacting other members) may require paymente(s) or donations.

3. All paymente(s) or donations are non-refundable, regardless of usage, early withdrawal, or profile termination.

4. VipraVivaha.in reserves the right to change free services into paid services if it deems fit.

5. VipraVivaha.in does not guarantee success in finding a life partner. Our role is limited to providing a platform for interactions.

4. Member Conduct

By using VipraVivaha.in, you agree to:

1. Respect all other members and communicate politely.

2. Use the platform only for personal matrimonial purposes, not for dating, friendship, or commercial/business use.

3. Not post or share content that is offensive, abusive, illegal, or against community values.

4. Not contact other members for business, brokerage, financial, or promotional purposes.

5. Be responsible for verifying the background, financial status, and personal details of prospective matches before proceeding.

6. VipraVivaha.in does not guarantee that member-provided information is accurate or correct. Each member must verify all details independently before proceeding with any matrimonial alliance.

7. By registering, you agree that other members may contact you for matrimonial purposes via mobile, landline, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication method.

5. Privacy, Data Usage & Promotion

1. VipraVivaha.in respects your privacy and will not sell your personal data for profit.

2. However, by registering, you agree and permit VipraVivaha.in to share your profile details in WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media groups for matrimonial purposes, without prior intimation to you.

3. VipraVivaha.in may also use member data for promotional purposes related to matrimonial services.

4. Your information may also be shared with registered members for matrimonial purposes only.

5. You are responsible for controlling the information you share with other members.

6. VipraVivaha.in is not responsible for misuse of your information by other members or by third parties.

6. Termination of Membership

1. VipraVivaha.in reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership can also be terminated if:

   • False information is detected.

   • The platform is misused for non-matrimonial or commercial purposes.

   • Harassment, misconduct, or activity by brokers or agents is reported.

3. VipraVivaha.in may delete any user profile at its sole discretion without prior notice or explanation.

4. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of paymente(s) or donations.

7. Legal Disclaimer

1. VipraVivaha.in acts only as a facilitator of matrimonial connections. We do not guarantee compatibility, success, or the character of any member.

2. All interactions, meetings, and decisions are solely between members and their families.

3. VipraVivaha.in shall not be held responsible for:

   • Accuracy of member details.

   • Financial losses, emotional consequences, or disputes arising between members.

   • Any event beyond our reasonable control.

8. Jurisdiction

1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

2. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

9. Amendments

VipraVivaha.in reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of such changes.
